What do I bring?
If you have a Mat bring it, if not you can borrow one and a drink
What should I wear?
Anything you are comfortable in and can move in. Any loose tops ideally need to be tucked in as when you are upside down they end up covering your face!
I’ve never done yoga before- is it for me?
We love when new students come, watching you on day one do more than you ever thought you could is why we do this!
I’m not flexible.
Yoga is amazing- we are all built so differently there are things that we all can and can’t do. Come along and find out what are naturally good at

If you have an injury, health concern or anything you'd like me to know about before class, there is space to tell me on the booking form and we can chat about it before the session
